Probably there is something wrong with the data in the registry...
Please resize the program window to view full registry key name (at the bottom status line) that is scanned when the error appears. For instance this is "[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE]\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Perflib\006".
Open this key in RegEdit.exe, click on the key, then go to the "Registry" main menu, "Export Registry File..", save the key into a .reg file and send us (rfa@infinisource.com) that file. Also, you can try to fix integrity error in the registry yourself by importing that file back to the registry. To do this simply double-click on file. This will rewrite the data for the "Counter" value. After this please run Registry First Aid and check for the "REG_MULTI_SZ" error again. Send us your results.
